The 2019 Rotary Club of Concord's 4-Way Test Speech Contest is approaching and it is open to all Concord Area High School Students.
The contest will be held 6:00pm March 27 at the Pleasant View Retirement Auditorium. The deadline for entries is March 11, 2019.
