The Rotary Club of Concord conducted its annual “Four-Way Test” Speech contest on March 27 at Pleasant View Retirement Auditorium where 16 high school students presented speeches on a topic of their choice that addresses the club’s test for ethical behavior. The top three speeches as judged by a panel of Rotarians were awarded to: First place, Peter Bittman, Bishop Brady High School, second place (left), Jeong-In Lim, Trinity Christian High School, and Third place (right), Lillian Hodapp, Bishop Brady High School.
 
Shown with the winners is Warren Emley, Chair of the Contest Committee.
