A New England resident for over 20 years, Lee is the Executive Vice President of NH1 and one of the founding members of WBIN-TV & Binnie Media. A graduate of Cornell University, he held various management positions at CBS/WBZ-TV, TV38 and Entercom Communications among others. Lee has overseen production of many iconic programs including WBIN-TV's Presidential Debate along with The Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular, Bruins Hockey and Red Sox Baseball earlier in his career. He currently sits on the Boards of the New England chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and the New Hampshire Association of Broadcasters.​
